The Multi-Station Gear Roll Tester is a precision measuring instrument designed for evaluating functional parameters such as gear rolling checks (Fi”, fi”, Fr”, fs”, Mdk”). It enables the inspection of multiple types of gears mounted on a shaft, including different modules, helical gears, and spur gears. Fully automatic engagement and disengagement of master gears, allowing to inspect multiple gear diameters at the same time without requiring separate settings for each gear. This significantly reduces the overall setting time for part inspection and ensures all inspection requirements of the gear production process are met efficiently.
