1990

It all began in the town of Čelákovice, located in the Czech Republic, Europe, a place renowned for its rich engineering tradition. Here, IPG was established, a company specializing in the reconditioning of gear-cutting machines.

1993

Under a new name Strojírny Čelákovice, our company evolved significantly with the addition of a machining workshop, laboratory and research & development facilities for gear measuring instruments. This strategic expansion builds on the esteemed 100-year legacy of our parent companies, TOS Čelákovice and Praga Praha.

1995

We introduced our new brand, Gearspect, to elevate our innovative approach and showcase our new products and started production of gear grinding machines.

2011

Gearspect India started as a sales subsidiary in February 2011 in Pune, Maharashtra. It facilitated the supply of Gearspect products by importing them, ensuring efficient distribution and expanded market presence.

2014

Looking at the rising demand, Gearspect India decided to set up an SSI unit in Pune, making us the only company in India to manufacture gear lead profile pitch inspection equipment.

2024

Gearspect celebrated 10 years of production in India by launching the production of gear grinding machines, becoming the first Indian manufacturer of its kind. In this year, Gearspect also started manufacturing automated gear measuring instrument stations.
